If you're a new customer and have been referred by a friend, here's how to apply your discount.

How it works

We try and make referring as easy as possible so it’s as simple as your friend using your name at checkout or alternatively you can refer via a link, message or social using the following steps:

1. Log in or Create a Huel Account

If you’ve subscribed to Huel, your account was created automatically using your checkout email.

2. Share with Friends

On desktop: Go to your account overview by clicking the person icon in the top-right corner.
On mobile: Select the menu, then click ‘Account’ at the bottom of the drop-down tab.
Go to 'Refer a Friend' and choose how to share your referral link:

Email: Click 'Send via my email' to send a preloaded message.
In person: Use your name. Your friend can enter it during checkout by clicking 'Been referred by a friend?' under ‘Secure Checkout’.
Facebook: Click 'Get Sharing' to post the referral link to your Facebook wall.
Link: Copy your unique link and share it however you want.

3. Start Saving

When your friend places their first order (min £46), you’ll receive an email with your discount code.

At checkout: Enter the code in the 'Gift card or discount code' box.
Subscriptions: You can also add the discount to your subscription by entering the code in the discount box under ‘Subscriptions & Orders’ in your account.

New to Huel? Here's how to claim your £10 discount

Get a code from your Hueligan friend and save £10 on your first order over £46. Here’s how:

1. Ask your friend for their code

Your friend will get an email with the referral code. If they can’t find it, they can search for ‘Refer a Friend’ in their inbox.

2. Shop and Save

Add £46+ of Huel products to your basket, go to ‘Secure Checkout’, and enter the code in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ box.

No code? You can also use your friend’s name by clicking ‘Been referred by a friend?’ under the ‘Secure Checkout’ button.

FAQ

Eligibility: Any Huel customer can refer new customers over 16. You’re automatically enrolled after your first purchase.

Redeeming Rewards: One code per order. Referral codes don’t stack with other discounts and have expiry dates.

Tracking Referrals: Check your account on the Huel website to track successful referrals.

Referral Limits: There’s no limit to how many people you can refer.

Expired Codes: You’re still eligible for extra rewards based on successful referrals, even if your old reward codes expire.

Name Share Issues: If your friend can’t use your name, they’ll be asked to enter your email.

Successful Referrals: To earn a reward, your friend must complete a purchase and use your referral code or name.

Combining Discounts: Referral rewards can’t be used with other discount codes.

Terms and Conditions

Referrers get £10 off when their friend makes their first order over £46.
Referrals are only for new customers over 16.
Multiple discounts cannot be combined in one order.
